Because orders are currently arranged directly following an enquiry, returns and exchanges are handled individually — please get in touch as soon as possible if something isn’t right.
Standard pieces
For pieces from our regular catalogue, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or return.
Made-to-order & Atelier pieces
As these are cut and made specifically for you, made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return unless there is a fault in materials or craftsmanship.
